PEPNet
The Promising and Effective Practices Network
PEPNet is a system for enhancing the quality of programs that link young people aged 12 to 25 to work and education in order to promote a successful transition to adulthood. PEPNet begins with a set of quality standards and practices, developed with the initial input of dozens of youth-serving organizations in 1995 and refined over many years. Communities may continue to build the capacity of organizations, funders, and advocates to better serve youth through a Continuous Improvement Process. NYEC also maintains a comprehensive database of proven practices.
